Application data
When a parent applies to the Pilot, BTFL collects only the information needed to assess fit and continue the conversation: parent name, email address, child's first name and age, batch preference, pillar interest, and the parent's short written reason for applying.
- Application responses are reviewed by the BTFL founders.
- Responses are used for Pilot selection and follow-up only.
- Families can request correction or deletion by emailing hello@besttimeforlife.com.
Children's information
BTFL may record observations, field notes, photos, and Passport entries during Basecamp and Adventures. These are treated as private child development records, not marketing material by default.
- The Passport is shared with the family, not published publicly.
- Internal notes are used to understand the child's Route and Waypoints.
- Only the minimum useful information is kept for the Pilot's learning goals.
Photography and video
The Pilot includes content production because public launch will need real proof. The application form asks families to acknowledge this upfront, but publication rights are confirmed separately and specifically.
- Raw capture during sessions does not mean automatic public use.
- BTFL will confirm image and video rights asset by asset before publication.
- Families can say no to specific uses without leaving the Pilot.
Consent and withdrawal
Before a family pays the first Pilot instalment, BTFL will provide a one-page family agreement covering the six-month commitment, payment terms, feedback expectations, image and video consent, and withdrawal process.
Current Pilot position: the S$600 founding rate is offered in exchange for six months of participation, feedback, and visibility consideration. Specific publication permissions remain separate from the general application acknowledgement.
